Ross Handling delivered a star performance in supplying the Guildford School of Acting scaffolding castors which are being used as part of the set design for the upcoming production of On the Town.
The musical, directed by Stephen Dexter, features two rigs which use the scaffold castors; including a moving staircase and a steel deck platform which ‘opens and closes’ to create different rooms and locations.
David Hockham, the show’s Production Manager, gave Ross Handling a five star review, “The castors we need are not a conventional product and we use them in an unusual way, but the castors from Ross Handling are the best scaffold castors we have found. They are a high quality, with excellent brakes and work perfectly, meaning we can concentrate on making our show a hit.”
