The starfish position, adopted by less than 5% of us, indicates a person is a good listener, but may suffer from restless sleep. Others have dismissed the findings and say a person’s personality may indeed be affected by the amount of sleep. A good night’s sleep very often is based upon the mattress and the bed they spend the night on!
