Ross Handling has been awarded sole distribution rights to sell Derby Ruote’s world famous industrial wheels and castors from their purpose-built warehouse in Leicester.

Based near Milan in Italy, Derby Ruote are an industry leading manufacturer of castors and wheels famous for their functionality, competitive pricing and high quality. With a growing market in the UK, they began looking for a distribution partner who could sell their product from Britain.

Derby Ruote had already been working with Ross Handling for several years alongside other UK businesses. But when it came to looking for an exclusive distributor, Ross stood out for their strong business values and drive to be the best.

Fluvio Torti, Managing Director at Derby Ruote commented, “We were looking for a company we could grow with, which shared our values and ambitions, and having worked with them for 10 years we knew we had found that in Ross Handling.”

The partnership with one of Europe’s finest castor manufacturers means Ross are able to focus on their core value of quality products, in stock at competitive prices.

Director at Ross Handling, Louise Horne, is excited about the new partnership, saying, “We understand that waiting weeks for a product could have a huge effect on business which is why we pride ourselves on having the products that our customer need, when they need them. Now we can guarantee these high quality products for competitive prices, the very next day.”

Mr Torti, concluded: “We are very happy to be entrusting our UK distribution rights to them. This partnership will mean that Derby Ruote can now meet the ever-growing demand of our UK market.”
