From standard orders to bespoke solutions, Ross Handling supply products to a diverse range of industry types; which extends as far as the Information Technology sector as part of their work with modular data centre design specialists, Technology Space Integration (TSI).
Based in Oxford with over 30 years’ experience, TSI design and build high performance data centres used for safely storing IT equipment.
TSI fabricate the large data centres offsite and deliver them to the customer fully built. The traditional and transportable data centres are modular, which reduces build time, ensuring rapid deployment to their customers throughout the globe, including F1 teams, hospitals and Jaguar-Land Rover.
As part of their operation TSI transport heavy units and IT equipment when building the large data centres. To achieve they need sturdy and strong ISO container castors to wheel the equipment around the factory floor safely, quickly and efficiently and that is where Ross Handling first became involved.
Managing Director of TSI, Simon Gardner, first contacted Ross Handling when looking to purchase a large order of high quality container castors for installation on their trollies. Gardner explained his reason for choosing Ross Handling, “The castors which Ross Handling supply were chosen for their structural strength, ease of movement and flexibility, as these are incredibly important considerations to our operation.”
He continued, “We looked at a number of suppliers but having spoken to various teams we found Ross to be the most professional and attentive in their response. They understood our operation and had the right solution for us. We are really happy with the product.”
